Delivery is in December 2021, as the first batch of Capti Smart Bikes are still en route to the warehouse for distribution.

Your bike will be shipped from the Capti warehouse to a local terminal. Once your bike arrives at your terminal, the local delivery team will reach out to schedule your delivery.

Once you’ve scheduled the delivery time, your Capti smart bike will typically ship on the next business day and you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order all the way to your home. You can always check your order status using our chat bot at the bottom right of the Capti website.

On delivery, your bike will be assembled and set up at the desired location in your home and all packaging will be removed. Follow the setup instructions on your bike and you can start riding!
